The Eldar are the terminal survivors of an ancient civilization that once ruled the Galaxy. They take fearsome psychic powers and wield highly sophisticated weapons.
Each Eldar has a lifetime of experience, skill and knowledge, but they are highly dismissive of lesser creatures (including humans) who they feel are now infesting the Galaxy.
General Notes [ ]
In full general, compared to the other races the Eldar are more fragile. They can't handle dedicated slug-fests except with a couple of specialized units, and take extensive micro-management and "dancing" around their opponents to survive. They are, in full general, faster than the other races with nigh of their units which does lend well into this strategy, plus they have the largest number of Skimmer vehicles available. They likewise equally a whole are excellent against infantry but take a very weak gear up of anti-vehicle/anti construction units and will struggle to handle battles against forces with a large number of them, which naturally makes them quite bad at facing the Orks.
